Michele Traina created Divorce Diaries in 2016 and it has evolved into a national touring one woman comedy show, a mix of stand up, improv, and audience participation. Divorce Diaries has been seen on Wendy Williams, Tea with Gary Vee, and Michele has performed a piece of her show with Chippendales in Las Vegas. In addition the show is a television series in development and has won Best Comedy, Best TV Pilot, and Best NJ Short at Brightside Film Festival, EdiPlay International Film Festival, Delta Film Festival, and Phoenix Shorts. ABC Morning News Anchor Jen Stay calls it "we can all find a little bit of ourselves in the show" and Broadwayworld.com titles it as "the divorce comedy coast to coast".
Born and raised in North Jersey Michele is a comic, actor, writer, and teacher who you can see on Vitamin Shoppe commercials, an upcoming feature film Garden of Eden, and in playing girlfriend to the unavailable men she dates in her head. Her favorite role is mom to her daughter Grace and running her theatre company Propbox Players, for differently abled children.
